Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return charges: 50Rs.
  • Free delivery on all prepaid orders.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your payment provider.
